Who handles refunds
mixin is made by Jiawei Liu (United States). mixin Pro is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle, to the payment method you used.
The 14-day refund window draft
If mixin Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment, or within 14 days of any renewal payment, and you get that payment back in full. No reason needed.
After those 14 days, payments for the current month or year are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so that the subscription does not renew. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
The free trial costs nothing and needs no payment card, so there is nothing to refund. When a refund is issued, Pro turns off and mixin returns to the free tier; typing keeps working.
How to ask
- Email support@usemixin.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number if you have it; or
- reply to the receipt email from Paddle, or look up your order at paddle.net.
How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country, including any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase.
